Tailored Leadership Solutions
Designed to meet you where you are.
Coaching • Consulting • Leadership Development & Organizational Change
At The Human Element Group, we believe:
One size does not fit all.
People are the heart of your business.
and
Who you are shapes how you lead.
Leadership starts with self-awareness, develops through authentic connections, and advances with skills for each level of responsibility. As leaders strengthen both connection and capability, they create environments where people excel.
We help leaders and teams align their identity with their leadership approach. By partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations, we support aligning purpose with action, building trust, and designing cultures where people excel.
Through coaching, consulting, and leadership development, we uniquely guide leaders to grow from within, expanding their mindsets and skills to meet greater challenges. Our strengths-based, values-driven approach is distinguished by tools such as CliftonStrengths and Values Navigator, which combine personal insight and strategy for meaningful, lasting change.
“Because the most powerful element in any system is human.”

Using the CliftonStrengths assessment as a resource, we look at what you naturally do well; what motivates and energizes you, where you find frustration and where you have blind spots. We help you make meaning of these insights and apply them to your daily life.
-
Our coaching aligns leaders’ style with their values. Through a strengths-based framework and tools like CliftonStrengths® and Values Navigator, leaders gain insight and intentionally apply their unique talents. With reflection, feedback, and practice, leaders build self-awareness, confidence, and authenticity at every level.
-
Triad Coaching is for two leaders whose results are interdependent. Through a facilitated conversation with both leaders at the same time, we uncover leadership patterns, perceptions, and strengthen partnerships. This builds clarity, trust, and shared accountability for high-trust, lasting outcomes.
-
Using the Values Navigator tool to develop shared understanding of Personal Values, we help people understand what drives them and others. These conversations help people get to the heart of heart of the matter so people and performance thrive.
-
We deliver training and development for leaders at various levels within organizations. Whether you are looking for support for front line employees, supervisors, mid-level managers, or your senior leaders, we provide skill development workshops to support growing skills at every level of leadership.
-
Could you or your team use a refresher on giving feedback or having the tough conversations? If delegation improved, would people be able to work on the right things? Are your supervisors coaching their people or micromanaging? Is there conflict that could be discussed? Performance that could be improved? These are a few of the areas we commonly help upskill leaders in. Please ask for other areas of interest if not mentioned here.
-
We deliver custom programs and retreats. Our 1, 2, 3-day intensive experiences help leaders and teams build trust, collaboration, and capability, fostering cultures of growth and collective leadership. These programs are bespoke offerings.
-
We help organizations align leadership, culture, and strategy. Through analysis and collaboration, we clarify priorities, identify success patterns, and design systems that advance both people and performance. Our approach blends insight with pragmatic action for sustainable growth.
-
Using a human-centered approach, we help you create a meaningful plan that you can actually implement and make progress on. We support you with checkpoints along the way, as needed.
-
Through a series of focus groups and an online survey, we help determine the current culture of the team, department or organization. We then provide insights and recommendations for next steps to help move people forward.
-
Need someone to talk to about what you’re thinking or a partner to bounce ideas around? Someone to pressure test your thoughts or to help you see another perspective? We provide support for leaders who don’t have anyone else to talk to about these things.
Let’s start a conversation about what meaningful leadership development could look like for you or your team.
Peggy Jasperson, Founder
~ About Peggy
-
Human-centered philosophy shapes Peggy Jasperson’s work. For more than two decades, she has worked with leaders in education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, nationally and internationally, to help them connect who they are with how they lead.
Known for her grounded presence and thoughtful insight, Peggy blends coaching, organizational consulting, and leadership development expertise to help leaders approach complex challenges with clarity and empathy. She is particularly adept at translating theory into actionable strategies, enabling leaders to build trust and foster cultures where both people and performance thrive.
-
Peggy’s approach to facilitation is conversational in nature. She believes that the life experiences, education and work of leaders in the room is key to their learning and understanding new knowledge.
Learning in this way requires participants to reflect on their current and past practices as they incorporate new learning into their present reality. In this way, leaders learn from shared experiences, human connection and interaction.
-
Research in Positive Psychology, Behavioral Science, Systems Thinking, High-Performance team dynamics, and real-world leadership practices guide Peggy’s thinking and tailored leadership solutions.
-
Peggy’s approach blends systems thinking with a deep curiosity about how people learn and lead in complex environments. She stands out by helping leaders to not only see what is happening in their day to day, but also to look at what is happening in the organizational system at large.
When each level of leadership within the systems is strong, the whole organization operates more effectively.
-
Peggy helps leaders translate their unique strengths and core values into practical action. Using evidence-based tools such as CliftonStrengths and Values Navigator, she guides individuals and organizations in clarifying their distinctive purpose and aligning their actions with what truly sets them apart. Peggy’s services are customized to different industries, leadership levels, and organizational needs, ensuring a flexible, relevant approach. Whether working in corporate, educational, or nonprofit sectors, she tailors her strategies to meet the specific challenges and opportunities of each environment.
Peggy’s focus is to help people lead with authenticity, courage, and intention and to remind them that the most powerful element in any system is human.
“I believe everyone is a leader, not because of where they sit, but because of how they show up. You can lead from a classroom, a kitchen table, or a corner office. Leadership isn’t reserved for those with titles; it’s practiced by anyone willing to take responsibility for what they influence.”
